This backpack is great for some cats. My cat likes it because she can go outside without being outside (and is "vulnerable"). In the winter I can put a little blanket there so she's very cozy. She has enough space in her bag to turn around, sit down or stand up. She cannot curl up in her pocket, but she can get close to her. I like this backpack because it's very cute; When I use it, I get loads of comments. It's also easy to transport and is fairly lightweight. With this I can free my hands without putting the cat on the floor. It's breathable (even with a "bubble" panel on the front) and doesn't wrinkle like my padded cat carrier. At the same time: My fully grown adult cat is small. She weighs just under 5 pounds and has short hair. If you have a large or fluffy cat, you probably won't want to buy this bag. This is great for kittens or if you have a cat that really wants the security of a small space. This is not for big cats.
