The RENPRO back massager is just what this woman needs. I sit a lot in my two jobs – one driving and the other at the computer. Not a day goes by that I don't suffer from back pain and my shoulders and upper back remain tense. I'm a twisted mess every day. When the massager arrived it was bigger than I thought it would be. I don't know what I was expecting but the size surprised me. The back massager was carefully packaged and was easy to take out of the box and install. I sat on the massager and placed the remote control on the car. The back massager moved up and down my spine, hitting every tense spot. I needed him to work longer on my shoulders; I pressed the up and down arrows until the massager was on my shoulder blades. Once that area was complete, I hit the Auto button again. Sometimes I had it on high heat and sometimes on medium heat. The seat was also heated when I wanted it, and it's capable of vibration too. My hips were fine so I didn't see much point in using the seat adjustments but it's nice to have them if I ever need them. Overall, buying a massage chair was a good choice. Good massager, not difficult to use, easy to set up.
