An absolute must for access control systems and integration.

I work in the access control industry and work with several brands of systems that use different keyfobs (mifare/nfc/prox/etc.). Different systems use different types of fobs and technologies. The problem is that when I travel I need to carry encoders and readers, which covers about 6 different devices. Tie it to the fact that I have other peripherals, taking so many things with me was quite an accomplishment. I came across this reader while researching the all-in-one system. It works with and can code all of the different technologies I work with. To me this is worth its weight in gold as it has lightened my load, not to mention the ease of working with a reader. I also do most of the work in customer service, and it was not an easy task to connect all my readers to my home computer. It's great to only have one now. The included software is not for the faint of heart and is quite advanced. If you're buying this, you're probably already in the business, so it'll all make sense. It can also encode the troublesome null block notorious on Allegion hardware. You can easily bypass their coding to easily use other people's keychains. Customers like it and it's made me quite a bit of money so far. Overall I am very happy with this reader/encoder and if you work in an access control system this is an absolute must. I've also bought an extra one in case the original breaks as I really depend on it now completely!
