I suffer from lymphedema mainly in the lower part of my right leg. I usually have to change the compression hose about every 3-6 months. SIGVARIS is the only good quality brand I know. A little advice on how to help save them. After hand washing and drying them, dampen a paper towel with some rubbing alcohol and wipe the silicone tabs. This will help remove oils that might prevent slipping. It really helps. It also helps a lot to avoid slipping down the leg when tightening. And wear rubber gloves as the compression is high.
