Update: Customer service contacted me about my review and was very helpful in finding out how I can be happy. Offered refund or other stylus style. I love companies that try to fix things. Many Thanks. I would return them if I could, but it's taking too long. I got this for work where I have touchscreen kiosks and thought it would be great instead of getting my hands dirty. They roll out completely. The touchpad end can be unscrewed relatively easily from the shaft area. I think I could glue them together so they don't come loose. It would be better if the bulging plastic end was just stick shaped hard plastic instead of the fluffy plastic end.
