Bought 2 of these for my ride, an 05 Yamaha sx Venom and an 01 Polaris Edge 600. I had to measure the length of both stud carriers to install them on the steering column. This part is very easy, just look half an inch, run to your local auto parts store and buy what you need. They work much better than a straight block because you can rotate the steering wheel closer to the windshield for a more comfortable driving position. None of the sleds required cable extensions. Very happy with the purchase
