Update #2: I received a fresh package of hair from Sunny a few days ago. The hair is a much better quality than what I received the first time. Now, I have not applied any hair color or treatments to the hair, nor have I worn it yet. Only time will tell how this hair holds up. I have no expectations for this hair and hopefully I won’t experience the same disappointment as last time. So, for reaching out to make things right with the customer and providing a new batch of hair—I’m changing my rating to 5 stars. I don’t know if the hair deserves 5 stars yet, but I’m hoping I’ll be pleasantly surprised and that the product is enough to make me buy from then again in the future. Many thanks to Coco and the team at Sunny for their help.Update #1: A representative from Sunny Hair kindly reached out to me to try to rectify the situation. She apologized for the mishap with the hair and offered to send me a new package fresh from their warehouse at no charge. There is a possibility that I received a package of hair from through a mishap in the Revain warehouse, explaining the poor quality of the first batch of hair I received. So, I accepted the representative's offer, and the package of new hair is on it's way now. It should be here in a few days and when it arrives I will write back here. The gesture to send new hair to do right by their customers is commendable and appreciated. For that, I changed my rating from 3 stars to 4. Thank you for your willingness to make it right.Original Post:A few weeks ago I purchased two bags of the 3/ 8/ 18 extensions. After deepening the 3 to a 1b, something I've done countless times with other brands of hair, the hair started to tangle pretty significantly by the end of my third day wearing them. I always tie them up in a lose braid and wrap my hair on top of my head when I sleep, never apply heavy moisturizing conditioners to it, and all of the other hair care best-practices. This hair has tangled worse than any other hair I've worn, and after having it just a few weeks I can barely wear it down on my shoulders longer than 10 mins. If this wasn't the most money I'd spent on hair in my 10 years of wearing extensions I wouldn't be too disappointed, but considering its just the opposite, I find myself regretting this purchase. Perhaps I'm just unlucky, and anyone else who got his hair will have an easier time, but personally, I can't recommend this hair.
