Theoretically good product

Overall it's a good product in theory and for what I bought it for, but it sticks/sticks where I'm supposed to take it apart. UPDATE: I really hate this product. I have an RA on my hands and would really like to know where the quality control was when it was made? Terrible product. I've tried working with it, but I just can't. It's hard to press, like it needs some lube to press the hole punch smoother. UPDATE: Although the product let me down, the company was great at communicating and fulfilling my request.
