Wrong size on scanners

I returned my first order thinking they sent the wrong item. nope The replacement is exactly the same size as the first. I give the simplest measurement for me. Case length is 11-5/8" instead of 12.7" as advertised. The product seems well made, but I needed it to be at least 12.5 inches long and 4.25 inches wide. Width no more than 3". The case is too small for my needs. The pictures show the dimensions. The last one shows that the problem was not sending the wrong case, but the exact same one.
