So I looked at the other reviews of these products and hoped I wouldn't get the same result as I liked that they come in eco friendly packaging. But unfortunately most of them were broken and their contents were thrown away, and since the packaging was only cardboard, there was dish soap on the bottom where the original packaging was, covering the other pockets in the box, those with my subscriptions and were delivered saves. and it fell on my counter when I tried to open the box for the capsules myself. My husband and I went through the boxes to pull out broken ones, we put them intact in our old Cascade capsule container, and I dumped the rest of the powder into a container that will eventually be used. I will order them again. I am so disappointed. Such a mess and process and if I wanted a pure powder I would just buy it from the store. their quality control and packaging issues before you buy this brand. You would think subscription and storage would be tried and tested products, but I don't think so.
