Well. First, I'm just going to point out what's wrong with it. Mine didn't come with the stand it shows in the picture and what other people have posted came with it. (Not a big deal, but still a bit misleading.) 2. Some of the cables were covered with thick zip ties, so it was difficult and scary for me to remove them.3. I had to wait a while and check all the cables and connections. There was a black screen for a good minute or two. (But he fixed it himself and it works perfectly.) 4. AA batteries are NOT included. In everything and everyone. It works well and just like the one I had many years ago. Shit, all internet servers are disabled for Wii, so no online features. But not a bad gift I bought for the price. I paid $112 for it on Black Friday 2019, better than paying over $300 for a new one if you ask. But I say yes, it's worth it. Can get everything (stand) or just everything else. Thumbs up. I'm fine with that.
