Review on 🏍️ Wireless VR-robot Motorcycle Helmet Headset: Bluetooth Intercom and Communication System for Motorbikes by Robert Hunter

Revainrating 5 out of 5

PERFECT for skiing and snowboarding

They have performed brilliantly on the Park City slopes for five straight days. I removed the wired headset from my Giro helmet and put it on - I was afraid they were too big but they are actually smaller than the ones that came with the helmet. As a result, I didn't have the ear fatigue that sometimes occurs after a full day of use. My earcups don't have a mic hole, but they are long enough (and flexible enough) to protrude from the top of the earpad and slope towards my chin to avoid any contact with my glasses. From there I could easily control my music even with ski gloves on. It took a little getting used to and sometimes I missed the button (they're for smaller sizes or no gloves), but it's 100x better than the stupid built-in remote on my old wired setup. I had no problems with the volume. , it's loud enough for the slopes and quiet enough to listen to music and talk to friends and hear what's going on around you. I'm pretty sure the battery level isn't getting through to the phone properly because it always says 100%, but I've never run out of battery and it lasted 6 hours a day. When I charged it at night, it charged in less than an hour. To be honest I don't know what famous brand models have $130 ski helmets that they don't have. For $20 they're no problem, I couldn't be happier. I even made a few phone calls and didn't get any complaints about the sound quality, but most of the time I had a crappy signal so I wasn't planning on using them for that. A few people noticed the microphone, most didn't. They were wet from the snow but not wet and not worn at all.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
