WARNING VERY SHARP EDGES: USE WITH CAUTION I cut my finger on the sharp edge of the pan while cleaning it. I was lucky it wasn't deeper as the edge is pretty sharp. In some areas of the pan, some worse than others, the steel does not roll all the way to the rim of the pan, creating a sharp, almost razor sharp edge. It probably wouldn't be a problem if you used dishwashing gloves, which I do, but not always. Or always put them straight into the dishwasher, but sometimes you need to clean them first. They may not all be like the ones I received and my batch was bad, but BECAUSE THIS PRODUCT HURT ME, I think I should warn others. If you have or buy them, "USE WITH CAUTION". Give one star because you must select one star and there are NO MINUS STARS TO SELECT. Since the return period has expired, I send them in the dustbin.
