I had no problems installing, I just followed the instructions and everything was fine. I really liked the look of the matte finish when painting in Procreate. But over the course of 2 weeks there were several large cracks and chips in the protective film and my iPad suffered nothing out of the ordinary. It had a thick, durable body and basically sat on my desk or bedside table when not in use. So I don't know where these cracks are coming from. I'm grateful my iPad didn't crack but disappointed that the protection barely lasted 2 weeks.
