Review on 🪑 Nathan James Nelson Bar Stool, Leather Cushion, Metal Base - 24 inches, Warm Brown/Black by Mike Mahfood

I have had these stools since June to ensure they are as comfortable as they are pretty. Easy to clean faux leather and a nice material in case you're wondering it's a brownish shade of grey. When I first got the stools I had a very unbalanced wobbly stool and another stool that didn't allow a screw to be drilled through. So, as per their instructions, I contacted Nathan James if there were any issues and they responded quickly. I emailed Claire, sent her photos and video of my stool problem and she arranged for 2 stools to be shipped immediately. I've bought a lot of furniture since we moved into our new townhouse and this has been the best customer service ever! 2 stools were sent and they even improved the way the cushions were attached, which was already different from the 4 stools ordered. I am very impressed with Nathan James products and their customer service! I had plans to recommend and purchase other designs from this company!
