Our older dog has hip dysplasia and finds it difficult to stand on the floor. These pillows were amazing! He's much better at getting up on his own. No more fighting or sliding. I just put them on his hind legs and that was enough for him. I disagree with users who say they fall off quickly. Considering we have an adult dog he is not very active but I had to soak them to get rid of them after 5 days. I had to replace them because the rubber parts of the grips were actually worn out, otherwise I think they would have lasted a few days longer. It's definitely worth a try. We are very happy that we made it. The size chart was accurate. Our dog was between two sizes. We mounted one as they suggested and it fits perfectly. We have a springer spaniel and bought size XXL.
