The seat has worked great for 6 months. I use it for sewing or crafting for about 30 minutes a week. I was sitting on it right after Christmas (I weigh 185 pounds) and it collapsed under me and I fell into the wall next to me. Thank god I didn't get any serious injuries but there were bruises from it. I contacted the company about the seat and mailed it to them on January 6th "for review". It is now February 3rd and I had to send 3 additional emails as the apartment was sent back by them and I don't know if they will send me the apartment with no defects or not. Insane. Not what I would call customer service, especially when you see I'm not the only one having this issue?
