Not at all what I expected. My animals have tried it ONCE. they hated it. Now I'm stuck with a $15 bottle of mint-scented jewelry. What the company needs to do is offer a 2-ounce sample bottle as a $1 try and see if the animals can handle it. If not, the consumer doesn't lose $15 or $20 and everyone can see that this is a working scenario. However, most companies only look at the bottom line and frankly don't care about the bottom line. I will try to get it back and see how they deal with it. I'll let you know later when I find out. Update 6/10/19 I sent the product back for free so I have to say the company was very polite and understood my dilemma. Anyway, if my animals don't like it, I won't force it on them if my GSD threw up in their water two days later just for that.
