The customer service is first rate, I highly recommend them! It is amazing how fast they are to respond and how helpful they are in solving any problems that may arise. There have been very few issues, but when there has been an issue, they have been responsive and quick to solve it. We needed help with our email server migration from Exchange to Office 365 and their team was able to work with us to migrate over all of our clients' emails without any downtime or major issues (which for us was a huge concern). They also helped us set up some rules to block spam and other junk mail. They are very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. I have had nothing but great experiences with Native Innovation. They are always there when you need them, and they do what they say. The support is unbeatable! Nothing at this time. If you're looking for someone who will listen to your needs, and provide solutions that work, then Native Innovation is the company for you. We needed help with our email management, and they were able to give us exactly what we wanted.
