I bought a cobalt blue set. The glaze color is beautiful. It's smooth and shiny except for where the blue pattern is raised on the sides of the mug and teapot. Quality accents such as glaze around and a little below the rim of the lid, the rim of the spout and around the rim of the mug with a nice line. Could it be better? Of course, the glaze could extend down each handle down to the body of the cup and teapot. And it's more "sporty" than "floral," but at $19.99, it's a great buy.
