I bought this bag for my niece for her 17th birthday. She herself chose. When the item arrived we were very disappointed with the craftsmanship or lack thereof on this item. It was awful to say the least. The first thing that caught our eye is that the chains are made of very cheap and brittle plastic covered in cheap gold paint. I could break those chains by gently tugging on them, not to mention carrying the weight of my niece's belongings. One of the (cheap plastic) clips was actually glued on. That means the manufacturers knew it was broken and didn't care. The glue made it useless! The clips were also made out of cheap brittle plastic. We stuffed the item back into the box like spoiled food and will send it back promptly. Don't waste your money on it. It's complete rubbish. Stay away from this seller!
