They work good for the money.
I have 8 of these for my own subwoofer enclosure so I can change the resistive load on the outside of the box. While they work well, I only wish they went with a bigger cable to work with multiple subwoofers. Realistically only for a 12 gauge wire. They look good and are sealed with a gasket.
