The ability of being able to create our own custom dashboards and modules, as well as having complete flexibility in terms of how we can configure them for our needs. Some areas are not fully developed, which means it will take longer than expected before they're available. It's definitely worth it though! I like that you have full control over your dashboard/module configuration. Also, the support team has been very helpful so far (even during non business hours). They've also improved their product constantly since launch. There isn't anything I dislike about this tool right now. Having a simple way to track shipments made by different carriers throughout our warehouse location across multiple warehouses. This allows us to analyze all shipment locations together quickly at one glance, without needing to manually check each individual location.
