Nice machine for computers and tablets

I was concerned about buying a computer from Revain because of the poor return policy for computers. I usually buy directly from the manufacturer or from Costco. Although this is my first touch tablet, I have a Windows operating system because I have an app that I am writing with Excel and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to do it on Android. I decided to keep the styrofoam bag it came in as it offers good protection. The response speed is good and the loading time of the MS Office installation was very fast. The screen resolution seems fine to me, but I don't do art or photo rendering. A limitation. If I were the manufacturer I would add a detailed instruction manual. This is something (PDF file) that Dell and HP have added to my desktops and laptops and has always been helpful. It came with a little booklet called "User's Guide" but I'd call that a disclaimer. I also ordered a keyboard. The keyboard fell out of my hand - I didn't understand at first that I was dealing with something that was attached to magnets. But the touchpad works fine for me. Overall I got a lot for what I paid and with more storage than others offer. If this gets hyped I'll come back to add something. Perhaps the low price is their attempt to introduce this car. But so far I like it. I couldn't judge the battery life. 5/4/20 - So far I'm happy with my purchase. Nothing new to say about this car. I want to rate the touch sensitivity. My wish was something super sensitive. With the Excel application I'm working on, I can type and let it speak for me. When I select something with the stylus, it takes a little longer than I would like to press the stylus. Since I can't speak (cancer), speed is important. Using a (thin) keyboard helps, but faster touch response would be nice. But I have something to say to everyone who uses Microsoft Office. I tried to use MS Office in windows tablet mode. What a waste. To me, Microsoft (nothing to do with this machine) just doesn't care about their product. For the first week I tried using Excel in tablet window mode. I gave up. Imagine an Android phone that only allows you to display Google apps on the screen. MS did that. I use a different personal planning application than MS. MS table mode refuses to display it. I've spent days and hours trying to get it to work. Searching the internet didn't help. So skip MS Windows table mode. Just download the traditional Windows interface. The keyboard is thin, easy to fold to the screen surface when not in use, the keys feel good. I had no hesitation in ordering a stand, the stand on the back of this tablet is strong and not ideal in my opinion. It also folds nicely into the back of the tablet. I have canceled orders for other stands. One caveat: the audio isn't as loud as I expected. I use a text to speech app and made it myself. So I bought a pair of clip-on speakers. The better the heavier and the volume doesn't depend on the computer, you want a light one. I received one through Revain with a USB connection. Very easy and costs $20. At the same time, the speaker volume is low.
