My lights arrived, packaged beautifully. They were super easy to set up and worked very well Nice light, easy to adjust. I used them for about 30 minutes a day for a month and then they just stopped working.on the same day, they both died. I was so frustrated and bummed and after reading other reviewers, realized that this has happened to others. Instead of leaving them a bad review, I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately. They asked me to try plugging the lights into a different plug-in base (they are connected by usb to a plug-in base). I did and they worked! After replying that this worked, they promptly (within 2 days) shipped me 2 brand new bases! I am so happy with their customer service. They communicated quickly and rectified the problem. I now have 2 working lights! Thank you!
