I'm having trouble getting the soundbar to work with my 12 year old Samsung TV. So I contacted Sailin via email and got a response within an hour. It included some soundbar installation tips as well as a very helpful short video. With this information I was able to get the system up and running and I'm happy with its performance given its low cost and lack of a large speaker that could deliver a deeper tone.
