Gloves fit my husband's hands well. I feel like they are a bit big for my hands but they still work well. My ring is a size 6 if that helps. I believe they are suitable for a man or a woman. I think the texture is right. I liked that they exfoliate well in the shower. my body. It was very invigorating and appears to have improved blood flow to our limbs as well. I think the hanging loop is a nice touch. I use a loop to hang them up and they dry pretty quickly. I also liked the color of the gloves. There were a few scratches hence the 1 star deduction. So far they've held up and we haven't had any holes or runs in them. There were also 8 gloves in the package. I liked that they came in a zipped bag for storage until I was ready for the next one.
