Pros:
- Fast (good autofocus)
- Fairly compact
- Good picture quality
- Fairly cheap optics
- Long battery life
Has some cons:
- Minolt shoe, you need an adapter for almost everything
- Low working ISO
- In poor lighting with Live View Parameters disabled, the screen may slow down
