I used your size chart to determine what size I should buy. My hips are 42 with a loose tape measure. Size 7 for hips 42-44. Well I CAN wear them but they are a bit tight. If you like your underwear to be skintight, then you're fine with that. I don't like them that tight. Also, they are 100% cotton so they may not fit at all after washing. I can reassess after washing. When they don't fit anymore I have to go through neck pain to get them back because underwear has to be washable! The quality is way better than other brands I have returned as they are ridiculously small so I will be buying another size 8 set.
