This brought my 4WD back to life on my Tahoe. Unlike other parts suppliers, there is no main circuit board. A month of winter driving has passed and no problems. For 2002 models, remove the 4WD switch and air deflector on the corner cowl as a unit, disconnect the old TCCM, and then turn counterclockwise to pull it out of its bracket. It seems that it is impossible to remove, but by twisting it comes out easily.
