Nice unit, but terrible temp control.
I had high hopes for this unit. Seemed well built, nice for my RV. But the temp control was horrible. Got it warmed up, set the temp at 200, and for the next 6 hours the temps ran up to as high as 450+ and then back down to below 200*. Then back up, back down, back up, etc., etc. Sent it back as I was unable to get any support on fixing it.

- No built-in temperature gauge, making it difficult to monitor cooking temperatures
