DENON DL-103R plus NAD PP2E plus Technics SL-1210GR plus Yamaha A-S801 EQUALS WOW

It's been a long time since I've enjoyed precious black vinyl. I took a million tedious steps to set up my new Technics SL-1210GR and new Denon DL-103R cartridge - the turntable connected to the NAD preamp - from there the 35ft RCA 18AWG to my new Yamaha A -S801 connected - connected to ground ONLY from the turntable NAD - prayed - and here it is. WOWEE. Coming off my vintage 1985 Phase Technology PC-65 fronts was pure and utter bliss. First ever album played: new gift from son: Sufjan Stevens Come on, feel Illionoise (great album btw), all components worked as intended and the end result was a crystal clear, beautiful analogue sound. I LOVE ABOUT. NAD and I were introduced in 1985 and I've loved NAD gear ever since - extreme engineering, so sleek and premium - and I can say the same about Yamaha and Technics - the NUMBER ONE priority of all these manufacturers is SOUND QUALITY. Yamaha is VERY QUIET - Denon pickup sounds so INCREDIBLY GOOD - Crystal - I AM NOT A WONDERFUL turntable/cartridge like you've read so much from Billy Bob and Freddie - yes, setting up a brand new turntable takes time and meticulous attention to detail. .BUT it's not rocket science - I'm EXTREMELY happy with the NAD preamp - very quiet and completely natural sound reproduction/amplification - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED NAD AS THE STARS ALLOW. LOVE OVER. Now if they just update T787 to T987 and build 13.2 with Atmos, the world awaits. ;around)
