I am so happy to have this product. It was very easy to knead the dough. As we eat roti/flatbread every day it comes in very handy. I even make paratha dough in it by adding veggies straight into the bowl. You need to test to understand what level you want the machine to operate at to get the desired softness/rigidity dough, which everyone will know after a few tries. Roti will soften as you roll them out. Cleaning is very easy. I hand wash the bowl and hook. Also clean the surface of the machine after use. I'm glad I chose this for $300 1ce. They work just right for me.
