This is a great blender. works very well for me. I had a hard time removing the bowl to clean it, but I've found that applying a small amount of cooking oil to the bottom of the bowl helps a lot. Otherwise I love this blender. Warning to those considering purchasing this item. It is impossible to reach the manufacturer. The customer service phone number on their website is disabled and the "Contact Us" link does not work.

I am so happy to have this product. It was very easy to knead the dough. As we eat roti/flatbread every day it comes in very handy. I even make paratha dough in it by adding veggies straight into the bowl. You need to test to understand what level you want the machine to operate at to get the desired softness/rigidity dough, which everyone will know after a few tries. My blender works great. Great speed, it's durable and the bowl holds a lot of batter which is an improvement over my previous mixer. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because my whisk attachment broke while using it. So I use my paddle attachment to mix it all up. Now I'm looking for a replacement. Last update: I was able to get in touch and they not only replaced the servant but the entire mixer. I'M VERY GRATEFUL! They communicated very well and got everything done in a timely manner.
