I couldn't afford the ridiculous price of a kitchen gadget and found the German brand quality and worth the price and bought a Klarstein food processor Favorite part is - This is a splatter guard cover. As instructed, I started cleaning all the parts, but I tried to carefully open the transparent, spill-resistant cover because an arrow shows how to open or close, but I couldn't do it without damaging it or closing it shatter home. After using the blender, the mixing bowl and all accessories must be cleaned, and the lid splash guard must be slightly removed for cleaning. I have sent an email to Steel awaiting a response. After almost 1 year so far so good, i was very satisfied, customer service was great, they told me to move the splash guard in the opening direction and don't worry nothing happens. to damage the cover and they offer to replace it if something happens in the future. Excellent customer service, not a phone call but email communication was encouraged and I give 5 stars, even a bit of noise, not the only one that my dog barks a lot but that's ok, he protects my house.
