So far I like it! This is my very first blender. I couldn't afford a kitchen gadget, but I didn't want to spend money on a cheap one and change it after a year or so. This one seems perfect! I have baked several batches of cookies and muffins so far. It's not as loud as I expected. Loud, of course, but it's not scary. That also looks very nice. It mixes the whole bowl well. Very nice **** update. ! The flat paddle breaks after just a few months and I can't find a replacement! July 2018**** second update.! I emailed the manufacturer about a ripped rubber on the paddle and they responded immediately and fixed the issue with no further inconvenience to me. I am very impressed with the customer service. I am giving 4 stars because I love the blender and am very happy with the customer service. I would like to be able to buy replacement/additional paddles in the future.
