My blender works great. Great speed, it's durable and the bowl holds a lot of batter which is an improvement over my previous mixer. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because my whisk attachment broke while using it. So I use my paddle attachment to mix it all up. Now I'm looking for a replacement. Last update: I was able to get in touch and they not only replaced the servant but the entire mixer. I'M VERY GRATEFUL! They communicated very well and got everything done in a timely manner. They also listed shipping costs so I'm very happy with my blender and service. I am now changing my rating to 5 stars!
