Review on Skeleton Guardian Bell with Middle Finger Motif by Rob Allen

So I bought this for our friend for his bike. When it arrived it had NO bell. Therefore NO jingle. The wire that was supposed to hold the bell was stiff and didn't even move. So if he had a real bell, he still wouldn't ring because he couldn't move. The only reason I haven't returned it is because I hate returning things because it's always a hassle. And since the husband said he would just put it on the shelf in the store. So I had to order another one, but obviously from a different company.
