Excellent lamp. I installed one as a replacement for a short halogen G8 in my under-cabinet washing machine. But before putting it in, I compared it to an old lightbulb and noticed that the pins are longer than the "short eight". So I cut the pins 1/16". They entered the nest with no problem and entered the washing machine with no problem. Even the lid fits back into the washing machine without removing the glass. I like this design better than the round lamp style. The flat one Shape allows for a better fit Anyway, great purchase for me I like the light color Better in the work area.
