Bought for my daughter. She used them for about a week and they were great. The fit was good, the sound was good and she was happy. Then they started not connecting to their phone or computer. We went through all the troubleshooting steps and they still wouldn't connect. She is very disappointed. It's also a bit frustrating because by returning it they offer a refund option but in the end we only get a Revain gift card. Also, do not take out warranty insurance. Wrote these guys 3 times in the last 3 weeks and still haven't heard from them. Just a very bad experience.
