So far I have liked the product.

A friend recommended this item to me and at first I really liked it. It helped me with my workout and the fruit punch tasted great! After a few weeks, red bumps started appearing on my arms and body. I wasn't sure if it was related to B-Nox so I kept taking it. The rash spread to my legs and got progressively worse in everything else, no pain or itching just an unsightly skin irritation. I wasn't taking anything new, so I stopped taking it for a week and it all went away. I'm upset that this happened because I really liked this substance and unlike others I've tried, it didn't cause insomnia. I don't know if that happens often, just my personal anecdote.
