In general everything is fine. I bought a 2011 Ford Edge not knowing it didn't have Bluetooth capability. This was the second item I bought to free my hands. Exactly what I needed and expected. It connects easily, you can hear me well and people can hear me well, it charges in about 15-20 minutes or a car ride across town. (It also runs on AC power if not fully charged). I took off a star because people say they can't hear me when the battery dies. I can turn the volume up to 3 and it's loud. The only other thing I have a problem with is the magnet to attach it to the rearview mirror mount, it needs to be stronger. It's good that it's falling apart, but I can't put it back together without the bracket flying off the mirror. However, it's okay. I just put the device in the cup holder until I can park somewhere. I love it!
