Review on 📸 Pioneer Photo Albums 5PS-300 Photo Album - Sleek Black Design for Cherished Memories by Summer Hendricks

I bought this album because the pages have a black background and the 5 up design I wanted: 3 horizontal 4x6 pockets and 2 vertical 4x6 pockets on each side of the case, total 10 photos in one envelope. There are 30 covers in total, so the album capacity is 300 photos. The odd thing about the album (and the reason I deducted a star) is that unlike most hardcover albums, the front and back are glued to the spine. You can unscrew the stands and rearrange the covers, which is a nice feature, but you can't add more pages as the spine can't be expanded to hold additional items. For this reason, Pioneer does not sell official refill packs. If I can find new pages that match the covers of this album in size and hole pattern, I can see if I can fit a few extra pages. Depends on how thick it will be when pasting photos. The album has a bit of a chemical smell to it, but that seems to go away in the few days that I've had it. I plan to put both photos and Project Life cards in mine and they work great. Pages load from the center of the cover, and because of the black mesh background, they don't seem to shift like other albums I've tried. I will come back and post more after I upload the album.
