Due to the pandemic I wasn't comfortable going back to the gym so I wanted to try and get resistance bands to add to my home workouts. Everything came as in the picture, the quality is really excellent. Very strong and I had no problem with any of the bands breaking up. I love how the door anchor is constructed differently so it doesn't destroy my door when I use it. Too bad only two types of weights are given. I definitely have to work a lot harder to use heavier weights. But it's great for those who are very strong and can lift over 35 pounds. The handrails and anklet feel nice and thick. They are not flimsy and flimsy like many others I've seen.
