Order one size larger than necessary.

Shoes run a lot smaller than they should, I'll rate a full size and a half smaller. I bought it for my grandson but the return only got me my $10 back while I was stuck and had to pay $24 for a UPS RETURN. Instead I will give her to another younger grandson. The product is fine and worth the money, just make sure you order a larger size than necessary.
