First of all, this is one of the nicest bluetooth speakers you will find anywhere. The only aesthetic issue I had with the speaker is the exposed drivers. It would be nice to add some detachable speaker grilles, covered in the same fabric material as the back of the speaker enclosure. The sound quality is good, but the bass is boosted enough to make the small port on the back chug. I strongly recommend sealing the port with a thick piece of foam or a sponge. This dampens the bass somewhat and eliminates connection noise. With the port connected, the bass is still strong, but if you find it too strong in some songs, you can use a third-party equalizer. to tone it down a bit. The overall sound quality for a speaker of this size is surprisingly full and rich. It won't compete with anything like the Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 4, which I also own, but it's still very good. To be honest, the Onyx Studio 4 is the best mid-size portable Bluetooth speaker I've heard in terms of sound quality. At $42.xx it was a good buy. The A320 has been in production for a number of years so this could impact battery life but time will tell. This would be a great speaker for the office, bedroom, or even in the garage.
