The product itself is amazing, one of the best built and best sounding speakers of this size I have ever heard. No one will or should complain about the sound quality, except for audio snobs who are somehow able to hear frequencies no one else can. So, one of the main issues is the battery and charger. This speaker looks good, has Bluetooth, is as simple and good as can be. Here is a list of issues that really annoy me. The biggest one sounds awful, it tries to play bass but the music sounds like the neighbor is having a party, you can understand the song but mostly you notice the emphasis on bass (not great bass or just a lot of bass) how much the song just isn't there. The highs are gone, the mids are constantly distorted, imagine an EQ boosting the lows to the max and the highs to the max.

First of all, this is one of the nicest bluetooth speakers you will find anywhere. The only aesthetic issue I had with the speaker is the exposed drivers. It would be nice to add some detachable speaker grilles, covered in the same fabric material as the back of the speaker enclosure.
