good sound quality. I have small ears so the size is just right for me. I think if you had big ears the hook could be a bit smaller compared to some. The cord is a bit shorter than the same JVC I bought a few years ago, which isn't a big deal, but I can definitely say I don't have a lot of storage space in my backpack. So far these JVCs have been the only headphones I've been comfortable wearing in my ears for long periods of time, so it's a nice bonus that they're the cheapest! This is my third pair in the last 10 years and the rest just broke from washing them.
