Review on RIBTEC by Mike Hernandez

I have tried to install it on two different computers with two different operating systems. It does not function properly on both. I have called technical support numerous times and received conflicting information about the issues. The product does not function on both Macs and PCs. Technical support has also been unable to provide me with a solution to the problem. No one wants to work here because they do not want to deal with these idiots. They think you just put your name down as "Customer Service" so you get off scot free from any kind of customer care responsibility. I would not recommend this place to anyone if you don't already know someone who works there or lives locally.
