I've used this product for several years now as both an internal tool to help maintain our system of records data (eDRMS), but also in conjunction with other clients who use it more directly - especially those whose systems are not e-commerce enabled at all! It is very user friendly for our organization as it has all of my requirements in one place to help me be more productive than I am now with other tools out there!
